To begin, weirdly enough I’m starting to enjoy taking the ATI Practice exams! These are great ways to identify areas that I need to study more, and rule out areas I’m proficient in! For Pharmacology Practice B, although I’ve started review NCLEX on my NXLEC prep study guide, I still need to review more before the big day! I have finished review the simplified PDF from a nurse, but now it’s time to start looking through all of my pharmacology notes before our Pharmacology Proctored exam. I’ve noticed sometimes I miss side effects questions, and teaching of each individual medications. But once again, I do find improvement in my test taking skills each test! I’m focusing more on priority, expected vs. unexpected, normal vs. abnormal, and more. I’m focusing more on ABC and CBA, and truly find myself flowing with the questions better each time! This is a start in the right direction! Now time to continue working hard to get to the finish line!
